Yield: Makes 10 servings
In small bowl, combine chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom and up side of 9" pie plate.
Place the marshmallow cream, peanut butter and cream cheese in large bowl. With electric mixer on medium, beat until well blended. Gradually beat in milk until mixture is smooth.
In another bowl, beat heavy cream and sugar until stiff. Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture. Spoon into chocolate crust. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Freeze three hours or until firm.
Before serving, let stand at room temperature 10 - 15 minutes. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
*For lighter version, use low fat or Fat Free cream cheese.
