Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Line a 13 x 9- inch pan with aluminum foil, extending foil beyond edges of pan; spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread in prepared foil-lined pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool in pan on wire rack.
Using foil as handles, remove brownies from pan; peel off foil. Frost with chocolate frosting.
Cut brownies into twelve 4 x 2- inch bars. Break chocolate bars into pieces along scored lines. Using white decorating gel, write R.I.P. on chocolate pieces. Let stand until set.
Press 1 chocolate piece into end of each brownie for tombstone.
Place coconut in small sealable sandwich bag along with green food coloring. Seal bag and shake to tint coconut. Sprinkle tinted coconut on each brownie to resemble grass. Place 1 pumpkin candy on coconut.
